Nano-probe for determination of phenobarbital of green synthesized fluorescent carbon dots using Scrophularia striata

In this study, using a thirsty plant extract and simple hydrothermal method, nano-probe was introduced to detect the phenobarbital based on fluorescence. Functional groups, particle size, surface morphology, types of elements were identified analysis such as FTIR, TEM, SEM, EDX, respectively. The excitation at 355 nm emission intensity 446 for nano-probe, shows that various parameters pH, temperature, time investigated optimization conditions. After optimizing factors affecting sensor’s response, linear range between 0 750 µM with detection limit 5 obtained. Then, effect interfering other materials finally, ability sensor measure in real samples has been studied.
